Location: Raleigh, NC (near North Hills)
Full time, temp to perm
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Job Duties:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with prior authorization status
Verifying medical insurance for patient
Perform Medical Benefit investigations to determine eligibility
Discuss EOBs
Take payments
Answer any questions regarding outstanding balances
Provide accurate information
Provide appropriate follow-up
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller
